Please notify us of any damaged, missing, or faulty items within 2 business days of receiving your order. If an item arrives damaged, contact us by telephone or email, quoting your invoice number, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, due to the nature of our products, some may become damaged or develop faults during transit.
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return items within 14 days, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. We recommend using a tracked service when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
